Ingredients:
Flour 200g
Dry Yeast 15g
Sugar 10g
Salt 3g
Zatar Powder 50g
Warm water 120ml
Oil 10ml
Butter (Melted) 30g
Directions:

  • In a bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar, keep it aside.
  • In a separate bowl, sieve flour and add salt.
  • Mix the yeast and the flour to form a dough.
  • Add oil and knead the dough until it is soft. Keep it aside for 30-40 minutes for proving. Pre-heat the Gaggenau oven at 250°C using a Gaggenau baking stone with the baking stone function.
  • Once the dough is proved, divide it into equal portions, roll it into a pizza shape and bake it on the baking stone in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Remove the khabus, brush melted butter & Zatar powder on both the sides while it is hot. Serve hot.
