Ingredients: Whole Chicken (with skin) 800g Garlic Paste 25g Coriander powder 20g Cumin powder 10g Salt - To Taste Pepper powder - To Taste

Directions:
- Preheat the Gaggenau single oven at 180*C.
- In a bowl, prepare the marination by adding garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder and keep it aside.
- Wash the whole chicken, keeping the skin intact, marinate it and allow it to refrigerate for an hour.
- Using the rotisserie accessory, skewer the marinated chicken in the rotisserie spit (rod).
- Roast the chicken until it is cooked from inside and grilled and charred form outside.
- Once it is cooked, slice the chicken in desired portion, serve hot.
