Ingredients:
Aubergine (Big) 300g
Olive Oil 50ml
Salt To Taste
Honey 2g
Pepper Powder - To Taste
Feta Cheese 20g
Chopped Parsley 10g
Directions:

  • Cut the Aubergine into round thick slices.
  • For marination, mix olive oil, salt, honey, and pepper in a bowl and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Apply this mixture to the sliced Aubergine and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Grill the marinated Aubergine until it is cooked from inside and has grilled marks outside.
  • Garnish it with feta cheese and chopped parsley.
